A few words on shipping

With the popularity of eCommerce growing, a trend has sprouted where companies hide the cost of shipping behind an inflated product price. This can lead to companies making money on not only their product, but also from the cost of shipping. This can be very deceptive for the customer.
Ghost White Toner as a company, as a brand, and as a collective of people, believe in transparency. Transparency in our product’s quality, in our materials, in our responsible manufacturing, and in our price. We simply do not believe in building the cost of shipping into the price of our products. This is why we do not offer a “Free Shipping” option. Instead, we price our products accordingly and give YOU, the consumer, the information necessary to make your purchasing decision.
Our shipping rates are calculated based off of the total weight of your order. We offer DPD, DHL,TNT, FedEx, and UPS (If your shipping address is not serviced by DPD or DHL) side by side so that customers can be sure that they are receiving the cheapest option available on the market. We do not make money on charging you for shipping. Shipping is not our product.

Europe

Customers located in the Europe may choose shipping options ranging from €4.90 (>30KG)- €24.00(<30KG). The more your package weighs, the more your price of shipping will be. All packages shipped within Europe (DPD/DHL) are quoted for 2-3 business-day time in transit. We are not liable for any delays caused by the Post Office.
We ask for 1 business day to process your order. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or on Holidays.
Orders will have real-time shipping rates calculated once you reach the checkout page. These are discounted rates under our accounts. These prices are not marked up in any way. What you see is what we pay! 🙂
If you are experiencing complications for your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier. For most cases, Ghost is unable to provide any additional information or changes to your shipment once it has left our facilities.
Ghost is not liable for any lost packages due to address errors.

INTERNATIONAL

Ghost provides worldwide shipping to those customers outside Europe. Pricing varies country to country. In addition, the more your package weighs, the more the price of shipping will be. All packages shipped via DHL/FedEX/TNT generally arrive within 7-14 business days. However, delays created by customs may require a 10-20 business-day time in transit. This is very rare.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & CHARGES

Most countries impose a customs duty and import tax on goods from abroad (this is not rare). These customs duties and import taxes are beyond our control and may delay your package from arriving on time (this is rare). Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or future accommodations for customers receiving customs duties or import taxes.
If you are unable or simply do not wish to pay the customs fee, your package will be returned to us and you will only be penalized for the cost of shipping your package. You will be refunded upon receiving your order back at our facility.
