Nach der Bestellung von einem Whitetoner und Nocut bundle Papier getestet und was soll man sagen TOP Qualität. Doch dann kam der Supergau. PC abgeschmiert, Rip-Software auf neuen Rechner installiert aber die Validierung funktionierte nicht mehr. Durch den Top Kundenservice und kurzen E-mailverkehr wurde der Software-Entwickler angeschrieben das er mir die Valiedierungen zurücksetzt. Alles innerhalb weniger Stunden passiert, so daß man jetzt mit dem neuen Rechner arbeiten kann. Solch einen Kundenservice sollten sich mehr Firmen aneignen!!!!!
