Incredibly helpful and gave excellent guidance and advice after I ordered the wrong cartridge for my new printer. They accepted the return and refunded me straight away and ensured the new order arrived really quickly. Thank you for the amazing customer service. Update to the review - 5/12/25 Recently had an issue with my current cartridge and Nico was incredible as troubleshooting and resolving the issue, meaning I was only without my printer for 2 days and could get straight back to printing and production. Thank you for your amazing customer service yet again!

I've used the ghost white toner very frequently for 2 years now, and it works wonderfully well to print on colored paper. I print stationery, especially white addresses on colored envelopes. Result is always very white and crisp, even illustrations on vellum paper. My first toner lasted me 2 years, and I just order a new one. The sales and support team was amazing and helped me for a very rushed order.

I've used Ghost White Toner for several years now. Really good product and I'm looking at expanding my Ghost collection to include the neon toners. Highly recommended company.

Macht weiter so, denn genau so gewinnt man Stammkunden!!!!
